Conditions for delivery and payment

1. The mapped articles accord the state at the time of printing. They can be subject to alterations.
   
   
2. All prices mentioned in the list are final prices, including the statutory value added tax. Minimum order value amounts to 15 Euro. The dispatch takes place plus postage and possible packing costs. LAV takes pains to use second-hand packagings. Orders with a value of 75 Euro or over are delivered free of charge. Possible delivery costs of bulky goods are calculated separately.
   
   
3. Incoming orders are processed and brought to dispatch immediately. Each article can be sent back within 8 days. Possible advance payments are being refunded.
   
   
4. The customers may choose their desired form of payment:
   1. On delivery (we reserve the right for ourselves of payment for goods on delivery)
   2. By bank transfer, immediately after receiving the bill, net cash.
   
   
5. Verbal agreements are only regarded as binding if confirmed in writing or with forms or by our sending the requested goods and a bill. Deviations from our retail conditions, especially conditions set by the buyer, are only valid if we confirm them in writing. LAV reserves the right for itself to deliver articles with different handle colours which are otherwise identical according to stock supply. The market for lefthand products generally is a difficult one. For this reason LAV cannot guarantee the delivery of certain articles.
   
   
6. Delivery times are adhered to as much as possible, but without obligation. There is no liability for force majeure. After the exceedance of a scheduled delivery date by six weeks, the buyer has the right to appoint an appropriate respite. The buyer can only apply for compensation of loss suffered if the company acted demonstrably with wilful or culpable negligence. The delivery takes place at the customer's risk and expense. Externally visible damages of the delivered articles have to be reported immediately at the haulage company. Hidden flaws have to be reported in writing within the space of 8 days. If the customer fails to do so, every claim to us is invalid.
   
   
7. The goods continue to be our property until they are fully paid for. The place of execution and of jurisdiction for all claims are the courts of Bremen in the city of Bremen.
   
   
8. Information about details and usage of our products, technical advice and other statements are given to the best of our ability, but without obligation and any liability from our side.
   
   
9. Both parties agree to the automatic storage and processing of personal and factual data. Stored data or other information about the customer is treated confidentially and not revealed to third parties.
